Service Description

This class runs from 6.00pm - 7.00pm. Tuesday evenings at the Woodham Ferrers Village Hall which has been the YKA Head Dojo for well over 40 years. Suitable for students aged from 6yrs upwards. Please be aware this class involves hands on training which includes some controlled contact by its participants. All fees are required each regardless of any missed lessons for as long as you wish to remain a licensed YKA member. Monthly fees are calculated to cover 48 weeks, allowing for 2 wks summer and two wks winter closure. Your payments are required in advance by the 30th of each month so as to cover for the following month. Your payment options are: Bank Transfer monthly in advance. Cash in advance each month. Your YKA membership licence fee is included in your monthly payments, this entitles you to take gradings and progress through the ranks (Belts) and obtain promotion to instructor level qualification. You will be permitted to learn and practice traditional kobudo weaponry as well as take part in hand to hand combat practice. Please Note: Your YKA membership Licence no longer includes ins cover and so does not cover you in the event of you injuring someone nor does it cover you if your are injured. (You may want to consider taking out your own personal injury insurance) Please Note: Your monthly fee does not cover any grading examination costs, training camps or special training courses.
