01 Nov 2008 - Congratulations to Alex Young.

Alex Young started training in Yoseikan Karate in September 2006 and right from the start his instructors could tell that he had great potential, however at first his teachers struggled to get him to concentrate properly as he was especially prone to forgetting things like his Karate Licence I.D card or even his Belt !.

On the 6th May 2007 Alex entered his first Yoseikan knockdown Tournament & defeated all fighters eccept one in the junior class section and was awarded a ceremonial Bokken for his efforts.

Alex has very much impressed his teachers this month, not just for his attendance but also the effort he has put into his training, not to mention the vast improvement in his general attitude & technique he shortly hopes to take his next rank ( Green Belt ), WELL DONE ALEX !! and good luck with your grading.

Alex receives one months free tuition for his efforts.
